Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order from your order page at any time before it is dispatched. Once it has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

If you had already paid online for a cancelled order, we refund the full amount to the original payment method. We start the refund within 2 working days of the cancellation, and it normally reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days after that. The same applies when we have to cancel an order ourselves.

Returns

We accept a return only when the item you received is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered.

• Tell us within 7 days of delivery.
• Send your order number and clear photos of the item and the parcel.
• Keep the item unused, with its original packaging.

Once we confirm the problem, we arrange the pickup or tell you how to send the item back. You do not pay for the return of a damaged, defective or wrong item.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind, or for items that have been used, written in or marked.

Replacement or refund

For an accepted return we send a replacement if the item is in stock. If it is not, or if you prefer, we refund the amount you paid for that item.

How refunds are paid

• Orders paid online are refunded to the original payment method.
• Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI to the details you give us.
• For a returned item, we start the refund within 7 working days of receiving it. It normally reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days after that, depending on your bank.
