Sellb.in is run by Vatsa Enterprises. This page explains what personal information we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, which you use to sign in.
- Your name and, if you choose to give it, your email address.
- Delivery addresses and the phone number for each address.
- Your orders: what you bought, what you paid and how.
- Basic technical records such as your IP address and the pages requested, kept for security.
We do not see or store card, UPI or bank login details.
Why we use it
- To sign you in, take your order, deliver it and tell you about it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To prevent misuse of the site.
- To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run the store, and only what each one needs:
- Courier companies: name, address and phone number, to deliver your parcel.
- MSG91: your mobile number, to send the sign-in code.
- Our payment provider, when you pay online: the order amount and reference.
- Amazon Web Services (servers in Mumbai) and our email provider, which store and send data for us.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that the site needs to work: one to keep you signed in and one to remember your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account while you use it. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires, even if you ask us to close your account.
Your choices
You can see and change your name, email and addresses in your account. To correct other information, or to ask us to close your account and delete what we are not required to keep, contact us:
