Many books are on our own shelf and leave in 1 to 2 working days. Others we order from the publisher or distributor when you buy, and those take a little longer. Each book’s page shows its dispatch time before you order. Items are kept aside for you the moment you place the order, and anything that has sold out is marked “Out of stock”.

The payment options for your order, including cash on delivery where it is available, are shown at checkout.

The dispatch time is shown on each book’s page and again at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. See Shipping and delivery.

Open your account and choose the order. Once it is dispatched, the courier name and tracking number appear there.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. See Returns and refunds.
