Before you buy

Is everything on the site in stock?

Yes. We list only what is on our shelf, and the items are kept aside for you the moment you place the order. Anything that has sold out is marked “Out of stock”.

How can I pay?

The payment options for your order, including cash on delivery where it is available, are shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days after that, depending on your pincode. See Shipping and delivery.

How do I track my order?

Open your account and choose the order. Once it is dispatched, the courier name and tracking number appear there.

What if the item arrives damaged or is the wrong one?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. See Returns and refunds.

Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code.
